Fees

The fee for a six-session class is based on a sliding scale of 

$200 or $250 or $300

I trust you to choose the right price for your family.  I’m offering my classes on a sliding scale basis because I believe all birthing couples deserve this type of birth class.  The fee covers the cost for the pregnant woman and anyone she chooses to take the class with her: partner, husband, family member, friend. Fees are payable by cash, check, Paypal or credit/debit card (in person).

The fee for the weekend immersion is based on a sliding scale of

$175 or $225 or $275

9.5 hours held over two days.  An intense retreat to prepare for your birth.  Snacks, drinks, comfort provided. A CD of pain-coping is included. Fees are payable by cash, check, Paypal or credit/debit card (in person).

I am happy to provide a certificate of completion if your health insurance company or Flexible Spending Account reimburses for childbirth education classes.

My home in Albany Park:

My home is near Pulaski and Lawrence avenues in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago. My home is accessible by both the Blue line and Brown line, but about a 1/2 mile from each. Bus routes run between the train stations and approximately a block from my home. There is also ample street parking. ProActive Chiropractic & Physiotherapy:

ProActive Chiropractic is located in Lakeview at 3430 N Lincoln Ave, just steps from the Paulina stop on the Brown Line train.  It is closest to the intersection of Roscoe and Lincoln Avenues.  This is the office of Dr. Jason Jared, who is a highly-skilled and intuitive chiropractor with specialized care for the pregnant mother.   More information about the location and his practice can be found on the ProActive Chiropractic website.

Harmony Health:

Harmony Health is an acupuncture and Oriental medicine clinic that specializes in women’s health. Run by two women, it is a beautiful, serene space located at Halsted and Chicago Avenues in the city of Chicago. They also offer services like massage and prenatal and fertility-optimizing yoga.
